• does not contain replicas, copies or representations of logos or slogans, the use of which may breach any ownership rights that any third party may have in such material.

A failure to follow the above guidelines, or otherwise fail to comply with all relevant laws, could result in you being personally liable for any resulting loss or damage caused to an individual, group or company. If your submission results in any liability to WHC, you agree to pay for all losses (of whatever nature) that WHC may incur as a result.
